Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Foreign Financial (“we”, “us”) is a team of licensed life insurance brokers. We help people compare coverage from different insurance companies. We are not an insurance company, and this website does not offer a contract of insurance.

Our booking calendar, quote requests and advertising run on Anryh Labs, a company we hire to operate them for us. Anryh Labs handles your information only on our behalf and under its own privacy policy.

2. What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email, phone number, the time you picked, and a record that you agreed to be contacted.
• Questions before your call: answers you give so your broker can prepare, which may include your date of birth, gender, marital status, nicotine use and what you want coverage for.
• When you ask for a quote: your name, phone number, the kind of coverage you're interested in and the best time to call.
• If you came from one of our ads: the ad tags in the link (such as utm tags and Meta's click id), Meta's own cookies if they are already in your browser (_fbp, _fbc), and your IP address and browser type at the moment you book or ask for a quote.
• How the booking page is used: the steps of a visit (for example, that the calendar was seen or a time was picked), the device type and the site that linked here. These steps are tied to a random number for that browser tab, not to your name, and we don't set cookies to collect them.
• If you email or call us: what you choose to tell us.

3. How we use it

• To schedule your call, confirm it, and let your broker call, text or email you about your inquiry.
• To prepare for your call and compare coverage options for you.
• To learn which of our ads and pages lead to booked calls, so we can improve them.
• To keep the website and booking system working and secure, and to meet our legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

• Your broker at Foreign Financial receives your booking or quote request and your answers.
• Anryh Labs runs the booking system, stores the information and notifies your broker (for example, through Slack). Its service providers host and store the data (Supabase, Vercel).
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): when you book a call or ask for a quote after seeing our ad, we tell Meta it happened, with your email and phone number in scrambled (hashed) form and the ad tags above, so Meta can measure our ads. Your answers to the questions before your call are never sent to Meta.
• Insurance companies, only if you decide to apply for coverage, and only what the application needs.
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

We don't sell your information or share it for others to market to you.

5. Calls, texts and email

When you book or ask for a quote, you agree that your broker may contact you by phone, text and email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent is not a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP to any text, or tell your broker, and we'll stop texting you.

6. Ads and cookies

This website doesn't place advertising or analytics cookies of its own. If you arrived from one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may have set its own cookies; we read them only to credit your booking to the ad that led to it. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

7. How long we keep it

We keep booking and quote information for as long as we work with you, and as long as insurance and record-keeping rules require. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state privacy laws; we honor them. To delete your information, follow the steps on our Delete your data page.

9. Security

Your information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

10. Children

This website isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new effective date.
